Terms of sale
The terms that apply to orders and quotations on technix.guru.
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms apply to every order placed on technix.guru, whether through the online checkout or by accepting a quotation. By placing an order you agree to them. They are written to be read: if anything is unclear, email [email protected] before you order.

- UEN: 201614563K
- GST registration: [CONFIRM registration status and number before launch]
- Registered office: 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051

technix.guru is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Cisco, Cisco Meraki, HPE Aruba, HPE, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Dell or Lenovo. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. The products
We sell:
- Networking: switches, routers, wireless access points and controllers, optics and cables
- Security: firewalls
- Servers and storage: drives, memory, processors, power supplies and server options
- Licences and support: software licences, subscriptions and support contracts, delivered digitally by email
Every listing states its condition:
- New: unused, in the original factory-sealed packaging
- Refurbished: previously used; ask for the listing’s inspection, reset and accessory details. It may show cosmetic signs of use. Accessories (such as rails, brackets, cables or power cords) may be generic unless the listing says otherwise. Software licences are not included unless the listing says so.
- Open box: unused or barely used, with the original packaging opened
Also:
- Specifications on product pages come from manufacturer data sheets. We check them carefully, but it is your responsibility to confirm that a part is supported by your device, configuration and software release before ordering.
- Product photos and illustrations are for identification only. Generated illustrations are marked "not to scale".
3. Prices
- All prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Prices exclude shipping, which is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Volume pricing: some products have quantity tiers, shown on the product page. Account groups may have their own pricing, and discount codes may apply. Only one discount code can be used per order.
- GST: [CONFIRM registration status, number and applicable invoice treatment with the owner/accountant before launch]. Prices are displayed before tax; confirm the tax treatment on your quotation.
- Import duties and taxes in your country are not included. Shipments are delivered DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms® 2020): the recipient pays any import duty, import VAT/GST and brokerage charged on arrival.
- If a price on the site is obviously wrong (for example, a typing error), we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Placing an order
- Add products to your cart, or accept a quotation we sent you.
- Enter your delivery and billing details, and the end user if it differs from the buyer.
- Choose a payment method and submit the order.
- You receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order.
- The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods (or deliver a licence or support contract), or when we accept payment for a quotation, whichever is earlier.
We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund of anything paid, if:
- the product is no longer available from our stock or supply chain;
- the order fails our export-control or sanctions screening (see section 10);
- we cannot verify the payment or the buyer's identity;
- the price or description was clearly wrong; or
- you do not accept a freight quotation for a heavy item (see section 8).
The maximum quantity per order line on the website is 50 units. For larger quantities, please request a quote.
5. Customer accounts
- You can create an account to see your orders, quotes and invoices.
- Accounts use one-time sign-in links sent to your email address. There is no password.
- Keep access to your mailbox secure: anyone who can open the sign-in link can use your account.
6. Payment
We accept:
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- PayPal: you are redirected to PayPal to approve the payment.
- Bank transfer (T/T) in USD: our bank details are on the pro-forma invoice and order page. Quote the order number as the payment reference.
For bank transfers:
- Stock reservation and payment deadline: [CONFIRM on the pro-forma invoice].
- All bank charges on the sender's side are paid by the buyer, and the amount we receive must equal the invoice total. Please choose "OUR" charges where your bank offers it.
- Goods are dispatched, and licences delivered, once the funds have cleared.
7. Quotations
- Quote response time: [CONFIRM business response target].
- Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue, unless the quotation states otherwise.
- Prices and availability on a quotation are confirmed only for the quantities and conditions shown.
- A quotation becomes an order when you accept it online and pay, or when we confirm a purchase order in writing.
8. Shipping and delivery
- We ship physical goods with FedEx from our warehouse in Singapore.
- Delivery times shown on the site are estimates from dispatch and are not guaranteed.
- Heavy or oversized items (such as servers, storage arrays and large chassis) may ship as freight. Where freight is required or an appropriate parcel rate is unavailable, checkout sends you to a quote request before payment. Review and accept the shipping quotation before placing a paid order.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
- Please inspect the outer packaging on delivery and note any visible damage with the courier.
Full details are on the Shipping page.
9. Licences, subscriptions and support contracts
- They are delivered by email after payment and export screening, with timing confirmed in the quotation.
- You must give us the end user and, where the manufacturer requires them, the serial numbers of the devices to be covered. Please check these carefully: we confirm what you ordered before delivery, and any errors are fixed at that stage.
- Use, renewal and transfer are governed by the manufacturer's licence and service terms. We do not provide the manufacturer's service ourselves.
- No returns or refunds once a licence key or entitlement has been issued or registered.
10. Export controls and sanctions
Network, security and server products, and some software licences, may be subject to the export-control laws of Singapore, the United States, the European Union and other countries. Firewalls, routers and some licences contain encryption and may need extra end-user information. By ordering you confirm that:
- you will not export, re-export or transfer the goods or software in breach of any applicable export-control or sanctions law;
- they will not be used for military, nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, or missile purposes; and
- neither you nor the end user is listed on any applicable sanctions or restricted-party list.
We screen every order before dispatch or delivery. We do not ship or deliver to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia or Belarus, or to sanctioned regions, and we may ask for end-user information. We may cancel any order that fails screening.
11. Returns and warranty
- New hardware: if it is faulty on arrival, report it within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. Any coverage beyond that must be confirmed in writing before purchase; no manufacturer entitlement is promised.
- Refurbished and open-box hardware: covered by our seller warranty for the period stated on the listing (typically 12 months refurbished, 3 months open box), for repair or replacement of hardware faults.
- Licences and support contracts: no returns or refunds once issued or registered (see section 9).
- No change-of-mind returns: we do not accept returns of products that are not faulty, including products ordered by mistake.
Full details, including how to make a claim, are on the Returns and warranty page.
12. Our liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
- Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business, or network downtime.
- You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data on drives, servers or storage that you return to us.
- We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, customs holds, natural disasters or government action.
13. Business customers
Our products are sold mainly to businesses. If you are buying as a business, you confirm that you have authority to place the order on its behalf. If you are a consumer, you also keep any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that cannot be excluded by contract.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the consumer laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim locally.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
