We are a small, technical team. Email reaches people who know networking, security and server hardware, and we will respond by email. Our business days are Monday to Friday, Singapore time.

Sales and quotes

• Email: [email protected]
• Quotes: use the quote form and paste your part numbers and quantities, one per line. Say whether you want new or refurbished. The quotation states its validity period.
• Help choosing a part: tell us what you are connecting or upgrading and we will suggest the right part:
  • optics and cables: the switch or router model, its software version and the link distance;
  • memory, drives and server options: the server model and generation, and what is already installed;
  • licences and support contracts: the device model, serial numbers, end user and the term you need.
• Heavy items: for large chassis or component orders, include your delivery address so we can check freight.

Existing orders

• Reply to your order confirmation email, or write to [email protected] with your order number.
• Your order page, linked from the confirmation email and in your account, shows the payment status, invoice and FedEx tracking.
• Your account: sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address to see your orders, quotes and invoices.

Accounts and payments

• Bank transfer (T/T): our bank details are on your pro-forma invoice and order page. Always quote the order number as the reference.
• Invoices and credit notes: issued automatically by email as PDFs. Email us if you need a copy or a change to the billing details.
• Volume and account pricing: email us about regular or project volumes.
• Supplier onboarding forms: send them to [email protected].
