Launch power is specified from -8.2 to +0.5 dBm, with a receive window of -14.4 to +0.5 dBm. The module is the revision E part, and the vendor guide notes that some CX platforms, including the 8325, call for the E revision or later rather than J9151D. It reports digital optical monitoring data, uses about 1 W and works across 0 to 70 degrees C. Connection is by a duplex LC pair of 9/125 micron fibre, and the far end should also be a 10GBASE-LR transceiver. Earlier J9151D units are listed as end of sale, which is why only this revision appears here.
